I installed the charged battery and key as per directions. But machine won’t start. It makes a starting noise for 1/2 second then dies or cuts off. What am I doing wrong?

What is the manufacturer warranty on this Greenworks Cordless Push Lawn Mower - 40-Volt - 14-in - 1 Lithium-Ion Battery? And is the battery covered by that same warranty?

I bought this 3 summers ago. Last summer the handle stopped staying up at the base. It's as tight as it can go and yet the handle still falls. Is there any way to fix this?

Gestion de la hauteur de coupe
J’ai un petit terrain et la tondeuse me convient parfaitement. Un seul défaut: l’ajustement de la hauteur de coupe semble fragile et ne tiens pas en place pour la coupe la plus haute. Cette hauteur #5 est vraiment importante car la tondeuse est très basse. Un irritant majeur pour une excellent petite tondeuse.
