I have owned this vacuum for over a year and I would say it's a very good product. So far nothing has broken or cracked but what's the impressive part is how well it works. It really does a good job at pulling dirt out of the carpet especially considering it's battery operated. Run time and the canister size could be upsized a bit.

Broken in 1 year
Purchased the power head separately for this vacuum and the green hose inside the head is already cracked. I’ve had to repair it with duct tape to retain any suction. This is a major material/design flaw, as the vacuum is meant to be stored upright with the head flat to the floor. The hose is therefore bent for great lengths of time. For it only to stress, weaken and break at that point indicates a low quality product.

Superior Quality and Convenience
The Greenworks Stick Vacuum is likely the most convenient tool in my house. Having 2 young kids that constantly drop food, spill and make a mess in general, I find it such a chore to pull out a big, clunky, corded vacuum. The Greenworks Stick Vacuum is grab and go! We love the handheld features to clean up a mess quickly and easily while also delivering superior quality suction! Multiple settings allow you to choose the suction power and battery life. The install took minutes, super easy to mount and set-up. Overall, my family loves this product! Highly recommended.

BETTER THAN DYSON!
I've had a dyson vacuum for years and it was getting run down and old. Went to replace it and a friend recommended this vacuum by Green Works to me. I was skeptical at first as my old dyson was great but after purchasing one of these for my home and using it I've never looked back. This vacuum is Hands Down the best vacuum I've ever owned/used. The suction power is better than my old dyson (even when it was new). The battery last long enough to vacuum anything that needs cleaning and it also charges extremely quick. If you have a large house you can purchase an additional battery which can be charged on the wall mount unit along with the vacuum so you can easily switch out the batteries and continue vacuuming with ease. The option to adjust suction power as needed is also a definite plus.
I loved this vacuum so much that I bought one more for my house that way I can keep one downstairs and one upstairs. I even bought a THIRD vacuum to replace my vacuum at work.
Give this vacuum a try, you won't regret it!!!

An absolute must have!
I finally caved and bought a stick vac and I regret not purchasing one sooner. It has made life with two kids so much easier. Having it on the wall to grab and go when needed has me vacuuming multiple times a day! It has handled every mess so far. Don't be like me and hold off on getting one.

Amazing vacuum
Sent my dyson to the free tree this morning after using this vacuum. I also bought two more batteries on the sitewide sale so I literally never have to wait to finish cleaning my house. Best vacuum I've ever had!

Best vacuum I've ever used!! It has excellent suction and it is not loud. The battery life is long-lasting and perfect for reaching those hard-to-clean spaces.

This Vacuum Sucks! (in an amazing way!)
Ok, I realize vacuums are supposed to pick up dirt and such but this vacuum is so powerful i was worried it could suck out my soul. Dirt didn't stand a chance. I was pumped just with the main floor attachment. Then I tried the furniture attachment. I forgot my lazy boy was tan coloured. The cat hair that has been matted on their for like years disappeared and it was like I had a new chair!
Seriously, if you want to put your money towards a new vacuum, this is the one. The other brands run out of battery at max suction in minutes. THIS brand, you can literally swap out batteries quicker than a kid scarfing down goldfish! and then you just keep going!
