Very well constructed!!! Easy installation!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Bamboo Rotary clothesline just about 10 days ago after my barely 5 yr old dryer decided to break down! I was so upset with the repair of the dryer that I decided I would try one of these! It was delivered quickly and in perfect condition! Very easy to set up, had it up in about 30 minutes would have been sooner except our ground here is almost all rocks!!! Did my first load of towels on Saturday 8/12/17 and they dried in the same amount of time as my dryer who knew?? Plus they smelled wonderful from drying outdoors in the sunshine! Wish I had thought of this long ago, plus I am conserving energy . A win-win as far as I can tell!! LOVE this product.

After seeing my sister-in-laws, I ordered my own.
Pros:
-easy to set-up and take-down
-light in weight
-glad to have a cover as it keeps the lines clean in the garage when not in use
Cons:
-my husband had a harder time than expected to place spike in the ground & once it was, he needed to round the spike hole as it got bent.
-each time I open the line, I must ensure to hold the plastic top pole insert with one hand as I awkwardly push up to open the lines with the other hand up to click it all into place. Not sure if there's something missing or it wasn't screwed in or glued??

The best looking outdoor clothesline ever.
I bought this 2 months ago after my gas dryer malfunctioned. It is sturdy, holds 3 loads of wash easily, and folds with ease. I keep the rain cover on it when it is not in use. The clothesline can also be easily removed for storage purposes. I'm saving money and environmentally being a good steward. I may never need to get my gas dryer repaired or replaced.

Broken straight out of box
This product arrived at my door this week, and when I first went to use it I discovered that the plastic ratcheting part at the top of the unit was not engaging. Further inspection showed that the part is broken. I suspect that this unit was sent to someone before me, returned, and then sent out to me without replacing or repairing the broken piece.
Very disappointing.

Not as good now
I've had three of these now. The one I bought in the fall and am using now has a cord that continuously stretches. I've retied it a few times now and have about 2 feet of extra cord at the end. I'm just going to pull the cord out and buy one that doesn't stretch.

Ground spike wrong size
The opening diameter of the ground spike is more narrow than the main post. I didn’t even bother to check and now the spike is securely imbedded in the ground. Now what?

Piece of junk.
I ordered this when my last one broke. Although they looked similar, this one was flimsy and didn’t work right out of the box. Returned it immediately.
