Nope! The "base" part that is attached to the wall is 4.5" H x 7.75" W.

Decent value but a little crooked
Nice looking/good value but it the main 'bar' with lights did not line up with the base, so it was crooked once installed. We fiddled with it a bit and it looks ok now.
