Bike storage easy to use
We have used this before and ordered them again. Just don’t hang them too high so it’s hard to get the bike up. Work great to get the bikes off of the floor.

Poor response from product team
I was about to buy this but read about the issues most customers are having with adult sized bikes (tire width > 2.4) and decided not to buy. What's even more disappointing is the lack of corrective action/product enhancement from the GGW product team. Most of the feedback is 3+ years old...what is your product team doing? I've invested heavily in the GGW system and now I'm starting to feel concerned that I will have little to no support.

Easy to use-hard to get mountain bike tires to fit
Love the idea of being able to hang a heavier bike (max 50lbs) off the gear track. The claw works and it's a great design.
However, this claw isn't quite big enough to hold the front wheel & tire of my husband's Specialized mountain bike and it just barely will accommodate my Trek bike. It's hard to balance the bike with one hand while I'm trying to fit the tire into the claw and push the retraction button to close it. Getting it out is a snap!
Now my husband just hangs his road bike in there and we call it a day. Back to floor racks for our heavy mountain bikes. I think Gladiator has figured out a solution for perpendicular bike storage, the design just needs to be refined a bit.
