Poor Excuse For A Washing Machine
Bought this unit in November 2019. This has to be the worst washing machine I have ever bought. You have to baby-sit this thing every minute it is working. It "always" goes off balance and it trys to wash a load of clothes in 2 cups of water. If you change the cycle mid-stream, the lights start to blink and it just sits there wondering what to do. You have to put it on a "bulky" cycle in order to get enough water to wash the clothes. Then everything is wound up in a big knot when it stops. Don't waste your money on this! Very poor "expensive" machine! It has also started to rust around the lid.

Always hitting the panel during the spinning cycle
If you want to spend the whole time setting next to the washer at all the time while it washes (as you need to reshuffle the clothes to balance the load), this is for you.
At some point, the front panel was unassembled as it was hit by the interior basket during the spinning cycle. The recommendation from the technician? To open the door and redistribute the clothes.
I have never had a similar experience with prior washers...having to stay next to it, as it starts to hit the panels almost each time I use it.
The response from the technician as indicated is that the load should not be too little or too much, but even when I load them half way, I still have the same issue.
It seems to be a design issue, as there is a video instructing how to stop the cycle and reshuffle the clothes, which suggests that it is a regular problem.
Sincerely, this is the worst washer I have ever owned.
The issue appears within the first days of using it, and it has not disappeared after one year.

Terrible Appliances
I wish I had found this reviews before I bought this washer/dryer! No place to put detergent You have to put it directly on clothes. It doesn't use enough water to wash clothes, when I take clothes out it has no smell of detergent. Mine just doesn't stop the spinning cycle ! I have to turn off washer in order to stop spinning or it spins for hours. The worst design I have ever seen. Waste of money!
