I had it installed by Lowes, cost &1326.34. it’s a good addition to my deck except it leeks a lot when it rains. The installers were good but I think the problem is with the manufacture

Pièce défectueuse pas de service après vente.
Je suis très déçue car un moustiquaire et une fenêtre étaient percés au milieu de la boîte

Just what we were looking for
I bought this for my husbands cigar lounge. It is perfect!! A couple of the parts were incorrect , however my husband is handy and able to make due. We will see how it withstands the winter... but so far we live it.

Not bad for the price but not waterproof
We purchased this Gazebo for our trailer. Large space to add more our door living without the bugs. The setup took us two days with four people. A few items to note. The sliding doors do not have screens so I will have to purchase an aftermarket door since they manufacture dos not have them. The instruction says to install the doors on the inside. This causes rainwater to run down the door and leak inside the room. I am going to mount the doors on the outside so the rain is outside.
I also may install a gutter that is not included on the front to keep more water away from the windows. The widows will still leak in water at the horizontal edges.
If you are installing it on a deck, buy flashing to install around the outside with caulking to keep the water out on the floor. There are no locks on the doors so you will need to buy something that will work a lock. When installing the doors, there are tabs on the bottom to keep the door in the track. Cut the tabs about 1/8" off so the doors glide on the rail at the top otherwise, they are hard to open.
Some of the assembly screws are hard to install. You must use a screw and not a drill otherwise the thread gets damaged.
I would also recommend to install the doors on the side and not the front since the door window in the door is not the same as the windows. it is the same as the roof, open or closed it will block your view to the outside. I wish the installed the same screen and windows in the door to address this issue. I may take the door window out and make my own screen for the doors and make the window a panel I can clip in when it rains.
The windows slide up and down ok but the pins that lock it in place vertically are hard to pull out. I take two hands to do one side at a time to unlock them. When assembling the walls we found it works best to lay the down on the floor and side the modelling with a lube oil to connect the panels. one or two of them we had to use a sludge hammer and a block of wood to force the modelling in place. Make sure you don't get any lube oil on the windows. They are hard to clean.
For the winter I am also going to put a tarp over the whole roof so the snow and rain do not freeze in the roof seams since there are many panels that side inside the rood rails. I will be installing 2x4's to hold the snow load inside.
Factoring in all the issues it is still worth it for the price of about 1/3 of the other screen rooms we looked at. you need to be pro-DIY'er to assemble this room.
