Description

Extend the enjoyment of your outdoor space with our solarium. This unit can be left up year round, saving yourself the trouble of assembling and disassembling at the end of the season. The solarium is constructed of extruded aluminum and features a reinforced polycarbonate roof, two sliding doors that you can set to open to right or left in the position of your choice, and 5-position wind panels. This unit has been carefully designed to withstand exposure to rain, snow and harsh UV rays. This item is not insulated but you can still enjoy the extra lounge space to accommodate friends and family during various social festivities and relaxing spa days when the weather allows it.

Door handles are able to be reinstalled and allow you to decide whether you would prefer having the door open to the left or to the right

Both ends of door rail are closed off to keep bugs from coming in
If the screening happens to tear, it is easily removable and replaceable

Could you convert this to a bunk room or living room? Are there photos of the inside?

Depends where you live! We use ours from typically May thru to November...we are in North Central Saskatchewan...a little chilly for the other months of the year!! We enjoy our morning coffee, evening r&r...and in a couple weeks we will be adding a hot tub in ours!! We've had it for five years and love it!! No problems!

Yes! Just make sure you have it figure for positive sure!! Once it's built you are not going to want to take it apart to relocate a door! And the 10x12 comes with 2 sliding doors as well!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Lene66 from Piece of garbage I bought this item and the instructions for assembly are not clear and downright wrong. The screws don’t line up and the welds are sub par. The hardware that comes with the kit is not good quality. It recommends professional installation. I am a professional and could have had it done in much less time with better quality hardware and if the holes lined up correctly. I was taking a chance on something so expensive ordering online. But I expected better of the products Lowes offers. I was not able to read reviews because there weren’t any.

Holes in wrong place, instructions lacking clarity and yes the windows are a clear polycarbonate film maybe 20 mil. Not worth what I paid for it.

On doit avoir des poteaux soutien suplementaire l'hiver. Beau mais ....inquietant pour pour la saison hivernal. Devrait-on le defaire l'hiver ? Ceci et seulement ceci me fait donner evaluation negatives

I bought this last year and had it put up professionally, had a rock floor put in, I had it set up in an area of our out side of our house that was never used. Just a sweet area to sit and lusten to the birds. There were no reviews when I bought this, but I have a stand alone gazebo at our lake cabin. Love it!
