A Kentucky Bluegrass seed can be used to fill in patches or shrinkage. Your local Lowe's store also sells Kentucky Bluegrass sod by the roll in the spring and summer months.

Very poor quality sod
Lowes supplies from a third party BC Instant Lawns & Landscapes. We ordered sod for two properties and one property is completely dead and the second property one-third dead. Use another provider.

Only a few rolls didn't take as lush and green as the rest, however, we are thrilled with the look, feel & quality of the grass! Delivered earlier than expected which was great!

didn't love this sod
I bought this sod to lay on my front yard and was less then impressed with the quality of it. almost every piece had some sort of hole in it from a rock that had been squished into it, and a few pieces had holes close to foot in diameter. It was all next to dead and super dry when it showed up as well. It did take eventually with lots of love, fertilizer and water though.
