HANDLE & BLADE CRACKED & THEN THE SHAFT BROKE!!!
I bought this to clear snow & also to scrape off the remaining ice after it had a generous amount of rock salt was applied & allowed to sit for 30+ minutes. The snow is not powder & the ice was easily penetrated by the coarse rock salt. Seems like this is the only one available so I'll buy it one more time until I can find a better product to have on hand.

Same issue as other buyers, handle broke
Like the other reviewers the handle was the first to break from the shaft, and I am noticing the shovel part is also breaking away from the shaft. Get something else other than this.

It’s a shovel and works. What else could I say? It’s lighter than expected so not sure what material is the handle made of.
