how do you add an anti slip feature to this covering

Hi Coal, Premix both components in the Epoxyshield Garage Floor Coating kit to re-disperse any settled particles, then add the activator to the base. If there is an induction time for the product, allow the coating to stand the recommended amount of time. Then pour the additive, not included in kit and is sold separately, slowly in while stirring and mix thoroughly until the additive is evenly dispersed.

I have a bathroom with céramic on the walls. Do you have a resin epoxy to cover them ? Is there a way to do a "faux-fini" ? Thank you,

You can apply the Zinsser Bulls Eye 123 and then you can apply any paints you want but the floor coating kit has to be applied to a porous surface.

Can epoxy shield be applied over CPD acrylic sealer?

Hi FRanger09, Our Epoxyshield Garage Floor Coating kit was designed for bare concrete only. Any sealers that are hydrophobic needs to be removed.

I didn't find the "self-leveling" feature on the packaging box. But I found it on the packaging box of "Rock Solid". Are you sure it is a self leveling product?

Rock Solid is a pourable coating with self-levelling features. EpoxyShield is a roll-on product and the uniformity of the application will be consistent with how well the product is applied.

Can it b put on a painted wood floor?

Because wood/plywood can contract and expand in response to temperature and humidity, we consider the surface too flexible for our Epoxyshield Garage Floor coating. Hi,  I just put this product today and put the flakes over, as intended. My question is can I put a clear top coat over it ... what would you recommend and how many coats  (450sqf garage)

Thank you ROAnswers, I did just that I put the topcoat after 34h (It was over 85’F that day and it dropped to 75’F at 9Pm) -I cleaned the floor as instructed  -mixed 2 x 2.5 car garage kit in on 5gal bucket (it’s enough space) and had 1gal leftover. -put the top coat 1 kit was just enough added 2 no-slip bags  -waiting for full 4day cure (should be tomorrow) I did walked on it after 36h  Looks great and I’m very satisfied  I would recommend this product  will make a report after 1 year if I remember

Rated 4 out of 5 by Cranky Guy from Durable, good-looking garage floor finish I bought and applied a single kit to my one-car garage floor about 8 years ago. I was very happy with the ease of preparation and application though, like other reviewers, I found it did not provide the coverage suggested by the manufacturer. That said, it was a fairly rough, unsealed cement floor so this was no great surprise. Because we park in the garage during the winter I have worn down the coating shoveling/scraping ice off of it over the years and will be refinishing it this year. I expect to buy a double kit this time round to ensure two good coats. Expensive if it was merely paint but a remarkably cost-effective flooring finish. I am docking it one star simply because it only withstood 4-5 years of abuse before needing to be re-done (then I procrastinated an additional few years ...)
