Haven’t used it too often but trying to figure out where to put the racks. I think it’s a pretty good having.
Pretty happy with it preheat it only takes 10 minutes which my whirlpool took a half hour so far so good

Noisy and the dials are digital!
We spent extra to get an oven with dials, thinking the mechanism would be simpler/less prone to breakage. When the oven arrived, however, we realized that the knobs control the digital screen! It's weird. The timer (touch screen) is difficult to use, and the oven itself is LOUD. The convection fan rattles when it's speeding up/slowing down. We kept it because it's a pain to uninstall/reinstall wall ovens, but I can't say that I'd recommend this oven.

I had a 20 yr. old oven that this new one replaced. It has been hard for me to learn how to use it, but I am more and more pleased with it. I think the instruction manual is not very clear and some what confusing and I may reach out to you for some clarification especially about broiling
