The fan that comes on to dissipate the oven heat seems really loud. Is this normal?
Well, it didn't seem normal to us either, so we have a repair person coming to look at it only after 2 days of owning the stove. We are still waiting for this appointment. Contemplating returning this product.

HUGE OVEN
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought an entire kitchen of Frigidaire appliances for a kitchen remodel. We had specific needs in mind and one of them was multi functional use. Having the air fryer function and convection oven eliminates the need for counter type appliances. Great when you have limited counter space. Another need was ease of use for someone who is physically challenged. The controls are on the front and make it easier to reach. But wait! By far the best feature is the huge oven. I can put my big cookie sheets in there and have plenty of air circulation around them. Can't wait for the big turkey this year.

Learning curve required for optimal benefits
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this stove about 5 months ago. I was used to an induction coil, so I had to get used to the glass top stove. I like the way the stove top heats up quickly if set on high and I like the variable pan widths on the front coils. I dislike having to clean the glass top with glass cleaner daily or build up on coil area occurs quickly. The oven bakes nicely and is large. However, during preheat the broiler comes on so you cant start using the oven till preheat is complete or the foods will burn. The stainless trim on the top/front edge scratches easily. The convection works well in the oven.

Love this range!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cooktop takes a little getting used to... it's easy to be in a hurry and turn the heat up too high, only to have to turn it down again. It cleans well, using the special cream cleaner - I'm following the directions closely, in the hopes that it will continue to look brand new.
The oven is the best part - it cooks evenly and well. I ordered the special air-fryer rack and love using it. We made giant zucchini slices, both breaded and not breaded, and both varieties turned out well, without all the grease that frying would have created. I'm looking forward to using it a lot.

Tried to make a warranty claim
We purchased this range two months ago, the pan on the bottom of the range developed cracks and when you rub your finger over them they are very sharp, looking though the glass door you see finger prints inside the glass (poor quality control) we called warranty and we’re on hold for 30 minutes until a individual finally answered and told us that it’s our problem and it’s just a visual issue and does not affect the operation of the stove, I persisted and he finally said that he would have a local repair technician contact us, well that never happened, we regret purchasing all of our appliances from Frigidaire I will let everyone I know not to buy this brand

Disappointed Customer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Range was purchased new. Arrived with a non-working broiler, it took the oven 36 minutes to preheat to 350 degrees and had a noisy cooling fan. It should never have left the factory. Have had two visits from the repair service to replace the control board and relay. The fan is due to be replaced next week. I am very disappointed with the build quality and hope these
repairs address the problems. We have had the range almost 2 months. Features,
appearance and price were great but given the problems we have had at this point I would
definitely not recommend it.

So Far we Love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've only had the new Range a couple of weeks, but we are excited about it! The cooktop cooks much faster than our old range with exposed elements. I like the flat ceramic top; on the old range the burners were not level and food ran to the sides of the pan. Now I cook omelets and they are perfectly round in the center of the pan. We've used the oven once to bake cookies. The convection feature cooked them evenly. We did have to lower the temperature 25 degrees below what the recipe called for. So far we are happy with our new Range and the styling of it gives our kitchen an updated look.

Love it...but...preheat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this range about a month ago. At first I hated it. I made cinnamon rolls from scratch. I always put them in a cool oven to start the baking process. The usually rise a little more. I did this with my new oven...but after 15 minutes (of 40 minutes baking time) I could smell them. I looked in the oven and they were burnt on the top. This was the first thing I used the oven for. I called the repair person. He came out and told me it was SO IMPORTANT with this oven to preheat. Since I learned my lesson, it is great! It made the best chocolate chip cookies I have ever eaten.

i love it, but
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i really love everything about it. except i cant get service on my stove under warranty to look at why the over temp goes all over the place. even in bake mode the convection fan wont turn off. its beautiful but mine is all over the place. Ive called several numbers on the official web local list and have not had a single reply. Ive got two aftermarket oven thermometers in there and the only thing that seems to work at the right'ish temperature is convection bake. i really thought i was crazy so we kept putting new thermometers in there, even in diferent places.
