Unfortunately our old refrigerator broke down during the pandemic prior to Christmas. We went shopping for a new one and we were told that we had very little selection. We decided to purchase the Maytag because of the name and of some of the features we liked. However the frig is too small for our purposes. We were looking for a 33 inch but none were available and there was a several month wait for the one we wanted. That aside, the frig performs well and we are getting used to it. The freezer drawers are something that we are not used to but enjoy very much due to the ease of accessibility.

After 2 weeks there was water on my floor, due to the freezer wasn't closing correctly, and the techination said that it needed a new door, after 3 phone calls the store where I purchased it from agreed to swap it out for a new one. No water on the floor with this one, but it does not produce much ice, can't even fit a gallon jug in the doors, and not much room for anything tall on the shelves. Also hard to regulate the temperature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed the size to fit into our full size kitchen space, wish it had more capacity but the limited space would not allow. Seams to cool & freeze well so far, it does make a lot of noise and makes ice slow, but so far is adequate for the needs of 2 senior adults. No smudge stainless is great & easy to clean.Would recommend to all with a limited built in refrig space.that can not be expanded due to built in surrounding cabinets. We have a very open living space so noise is an issue that the engineers should work on solving!!!!

The refrigerator is just under 2 years old and the rubber gasket for the freezer is faulty and doesn't seal properly, so now my fridge leaks all over the floor. The plastic covers for the hinges on the right side door somehow just fell apart, so now if you open the right door a certain way it pops out of place and you can't shut the door properly when it does that. I would highly recommend going with a different brand.

I would highly recommend going with a different brand. Of course this is something that is covered under the 2-10 year warranty. At least give me a part number so I can order it online and replace it.

The 30" wide unit has all the features of larger French door refrigerator but does as great job with the interior space. The water filter system delivers great tasting water that saves us the time and money of having to buy spring water as beach water systems provide water that is less desirable. The air filter and fresh food filters are great for keeping food fresh, the Freezer is very generous in size and the entire unit has unique systems for managing shelving and creating space. The unit is also extremely quiet. It complements our new Maytag gas range well and we look forward to years of enjoyment.

I had ordered a larger Maytag Refrigerator but was on back order a couple times so I took this smaller one as it was hard to live without one for months due to my move. Very pleased with this one however lots of space on either side of the area builder left for a Refrigerator. I like with this smaller one that the ice maker doesn't take up space inside like the larger Refrigerator did. Love the stainless steel and the alarm when door is open slightly. I have never owned a Maytag appliance and am glad I now have all my appliances by Maytag.
