Solid rack
Purchased with no regrets. Relatively easy installation and feels very solid mounted on the wall. Purchased on sale. I think the folding feature works fine, but I expect there will always be tires on it so that doesn't matter much to me. Possible downside is that the arms must be installed at studs, so you are restricted to having the rack width be either 32" or 48". For me, 32" was insufficient, but 48" seems like a bit much. It might be possible with the 48" setting that the tires could get knocked over and fall out since there's so much extra space.

It's good
This rack is good and sturdy that I bought a 2nd one. I had it mounted on wood frame wall in my garage. Before you buy, make your mounting location has wood studs between 32 to 48 inches. Or else don't bother getting the rack because drywall just cannot hold 300lbs of load. I found out the hard way and had to extend the tubings at a welding shop. At the time of this writing, a local hardware store has the same rack but different name brand for less than half the price at lowes.

Strong, easy install, good instructions, flexible
Purchased today, installed in under 25 minutes, hardest part was getting the studs zeroed in as you really want to be in the middle of stud with all this weight.

Simple, quick and easy
Minus 1 star for the arms looking a bit flimsy when you first put them up, but besides that, they do the job as expected. Level measurements, 6 anchors in the wall, 4 bolts on the cross bars and that's it. I bought 2 and had them both setup in less than an hour.

Unsafe for tire use
Rack hold firmly to the wall and fairly easy to install. My 235/65/R17 wheels+rims are not stable at all on this rack. Tires might fall from rack at any time. No side support. Will be using it as an expensive shelf for my plastic boxes instead.

WORTH IT!!!
Bought this for my 20inch rims and tires. Was a bit nervous in using this for such big rims and tires. But easy enough to install. Love the look, love the price. Very tough unit, going to be buying 2 more.
