Water spots are major problem!
This product is the recommended floor polish for my new hardwoods (Casabella floors - Heritage Hickory - Bear Mountain - HEB5AHBM). The product goes on fine and looks great but any water droplets from washing hands, cooking, ice/water dispenser, or other water source leaves the hardwood looking spotty. You cannot remove the water spots from the hardwoods by wiping with microfiber clothes or any other means. It seems to have a major flaw in its formulation and I could not recommend it for a hardwood floor polish unless Bona has an easy solution.
Bona, I look forward to a solution for my beautiful floors!
Please post a solution!

Can not get rid of the milky buildup!
I have used your Bona low gloss polish for about 4 years. A little over a year ago I noticed that after I polished my floor I was not happy with the appearance. I now have a milky buildup on my chocolate hickory engineered hard wood floor. I ordered your polish remover and followed your instructions to a "T" on a 3' x 4' test area. I left your product on 10 minutes and cleaned. I repeated the process. I CAN NOT GET YOUR AWFUL POLISH OFF MY FLOOR. I now have to hire a professional to come in and fix my floor. I put my hardwood floors in your hands to protect and care for them and they have been compromised. VERY DISSAPOINTING!

Terrible Results!
I too used Bona Hardwood Floor Polish on my brand new (5 months old) wood floors. Some areas looked great while other areas were completely streaked and wouldn't even out. I tried Bona Cleaning Pads in the hopes of removing the polish only to get a cloudy and still streaked finish that I cannot remove. One of the previous reviewers mentioned foot and dog prints now being visible, that is the case on my floors as well; never had this problem until I used the Bona products. I will try the Bona Polish remover and if that does not work, I will NEVER recommend Bona. I am just sick that my beautiful, new floors look so bad.

This stuff is terrible!!
I have used Bona cleaning products for 3 plus years on my hardwood floors. I decided to use the hardwood polish to bring a new shine to the areas we use regularly. I followed instructions including using their application pad. Product was great looking for about 5 minutes then started streaking. I thought it may need to just dry, so left for weekend trip to allow extra time off the floor. Came back and looked worse. All floor areas had a haze and the only way to get off was on hands and knees scrubbing. Still use other Bona products but never again for this junk. Check out Amazon for all the bad reviews, I wish I had before using.

Cloudy with a chance of divorce
This product will ruin your marriage. The milky film on the floor is thicker than the haze of sadness and anger that now hangs over our house. A once vibrant abode is now dulled by this polish from Hades. It is hard, nay impossible, to remove. As I type this I’m watching my wife use a commercial car buffer to try to remove this demon spew. I would help her but I threw out my back yesterday waging chemical warfare on this very floor. I give this product negative stars and plead with anyone reading this not to buy it if you value your sanity, home and marriage. To those who have already descended into the Darkness with this “polish,” Godspeed and may mighty forces come to your aid.

Avoid this product!
Though I have used Bona Wood Cleaner for over 5 years, since moving into our new home, I have never used a polish. However, the floor is showing slight wear and I thought the polish would help. However, it made my floor milky looking, streaked, and very unappealing--though I followed the video and polish container instructions completely: new bottle of polish, new polish applicator, time allotment, etc. Do not use this product unless you want to spend hours trying to get the polish remover, apply it, then figure out how to make the floors shine once again!! But I love the cleaner!!

Beautiful results
I thoroughly dusted, then used Bona cleaner (fresh pad) and let dry a couple hours with a fan running. Using a clean designated polish pad, I applied the low gloss polish and was not happy with the finish; looked like matte finish. Laundered & completely dried the polishing pad, went out & purchased the high gloss polish, and completed the same area. (No one walked on surface so I did not reclean the floor.) Now that it is dry, I see a beautiful finish, but not a super high gloss! I believe the secret is allowing enough drying time for cleaner and using clean DRY pads at the start of each clean and polish session. Very time-consuming this first time, but the second half of room should be a breeze!

Milky finish like many others have reported
Just moved into a new home with gorgeous bamboo flooring (floors about 7 years old) and have been using the Bona cleaner as recommended. Time to polish, so I reached for the Bona floor polish and cannot believe the milky, dingy look that my floors now have (thankfully I only did a small portion, but silly me, it's in the entry way and partially in the kitchen). I would have thought Bona would have posted a reponse to the many reviews and provide some tips for getting the polish off, but I guess like everyone else I will be hiring a professional to restore the beauty to my previous gorgeous flooring.
