Rated 4 out of 5 by Mah16 from Great cleaner, Terrible bottle I purchased a Bona spray for my tile floor and I liked it very much for 2 reasons: 1- It cleans very well 2- It has no chemical smell When I used the whole bottle, I decided to buy a refill and that was when I realized it was a mistake. I don't know why they decided to have this design for the sprayer but it was really hard to open it. I tried and tried and finally I managed to remove the top part and refill the bottle and that's when I found out opening it was the easy part! I could not lock the top at all. Now I have a spray bottle with a loose top. So next time, I won't buy the refill.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Margie101 from New and Improved is a waste of Money Recently we ran out of the Bona Hard-Surface Floor Cleaner and happened to get the new and improved version. Don't waste your money! It streaks and leaves a sticky film and the With the new and improved formula, the floor is no longer shiny. It is now dull and shows prints. The old stuff worked great! With the new and improved formula you are to use a damp mop which gets the floor too wet no matter how much you wring out the Bona microfiber mop, plus it still leaves the floor dull, streaked and sticky. Bring back the old formula and I'll give it a 10!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Dmz921 from Awful Streak free? This cleaner is awful. I have dark chestnut flooring and used your hard surface cleaner. It's beautiful while still damp on the floor but once it dries, there is an awful film; the dog and cat prints, if I move furniture, even just walking on it, you can see the streaks. I've cleaned the floor 3 times with vinegar and water and there is still a film. Wasted a lot of money, never ever again will I use this product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Dez916 from Had to spend money to remove film! I bought this cleaner to clean my tile floors because my understanding is that it’s a neutral cleaner. When the professional floor cleaning company came out to clean them, he showed me a crazy amount of film he had to work to get up. This is the only cleaner I use. What should have only taken the company a couple hours now will take the entire day. And I have to spend extra money to have the film removed. Terrible because I have two large jugs of this stuff.

Rated 1 out of 5 by BrwnSgr from Sticky, streaky, horrible mess What an utter waste of money. I grabbed a refill thinking it was the same that came with the mop. It absolutely isn’t. I don’t know what hard surface this should be used on but if you use it on a manufactured floor, you will end up with a sticky, streaky, horrible mess. Absolutely Atrocious. I have since found the Professional version and am hoping that this corrects the problem after rinsing the floor with plain water.

It may be fine for wiping up orange juice from the kitchen floor, but I found it quite lacking in cleaning a mildly dirty, unpolished white marble table top. I was really astonished. I even shook it and gave it a second go. Very disappointing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Chela from Great cleaner no smells We installed our laminate about a month ago, I like to keep it clean and take good care of it and looked for the best cleaning product for it, so I found this, it does pretty good but after the 3rd squirt it doesn’t want to spray anymore, I am a little irritated and disappointed of having to be taken the refill bottle out every 3 sprays and put it back on because it won’t squirt anymore having to do this in by big space when I mop is annoying and wondering what I can do to not have to do that anymore.
