You can really feel the power as it cuts right through metal and also does a fantastic job of getting rid of rust on metal. It is completely comfortable to hold and operate with its ergonomic design. You barely feel any vibration at all and can just feel the quality as it operates so smoothly. I really love the adjustable speeds that really cater to the level of job you are trying to perform. Adjustments are so simple with this grinder. If you are looking for a powerful grinder that gives you ample runtime with lots of power and serious quality, this is the one.

I was a bit skeptical about an effective electric grinder but I was completely wrong. First the charger is very fast, less than one hour to charge the huge battery. This is very impressive. Second, when I tried to grind I find it very easy and efficient. There are also features that are very nice. I really like that the handle bar can be set on both side; we can move very easily the protection and the rotation speed can be adjusted. In summary, this is an awesome cordless product, from now on I will use this grinder and not anymore my cord one.

When you first grip it, it feels very solid and well built. It's got a good working weight to it which helps hold it steady during the job. Note...I used it with the 5A battery pack. It's got a brushless motor which is a must for me. Got great power...makes grinder so easy and fun. The four speed modes are easy to switch back and forth with a simple button in the grinder. The color is not as bright as those red or blue tools, but I kind of like the industrial looking tough gray color. Overall I really like this tool and would recommend to my friends!

I decided to try out this FLEX 24V Brushless 5" Variable Speed Angle Grinder with Side Switch. I'm glad I did. This feels, and looks like a good, quality product. It works well, and has a great run time. It has vibration control. It has a side switch too. I'm impressed with the quick disconnect for the shield. The blade was easy to remove and change. I recommend this FLEX 24V Brushless 5" Variable Speed Angle Grinder with Side Switch.

Went thru thick metal very easily. Not having a cord that gets in the way is a feature I didn't know I needed in a grinder but is now a must have. Spark shield rotates to any position needed. Variable speed with zero kick back. This is my favorite tool of all time.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Professional from FLEX IS NOT NEXT Bought this grinder to do some work using the 8.0 battery and a 5 inch wire wheel to knock off some rust and the stupid piece of junk broke the gear in it using it light only 3-5 minutes each time up in a man lift When to warranty it and they said I replaced the gear with a broken one what a joke FLEX is

From an ergonomic standpoint, the grip and balance allow for easy control of the grinder without being too heavy to cause fatigue from extended use. Functionally, it has plenty of torque and speed to handle any project with ease. I particularly like the push button multi-speed selector on the handle as well as the locking side switch. Definitely recommend.
