Are these LED bulbs dimmable?

I don’t know for sure, but I installed a Lurton dimmer on a string of these today, and it seems to work. I’d like to know if the manufacturer says they are dimmable. Don’t want to damage anything by using a dimmer on them if it is going to do damage or shorten their service life significantly. They are a very nice string of lights in my opinion.

Je suis très mécontente de ce produit. Je vais devoir moi-même me rendre en magasin de Rona Entrepôt pour tenter d’obtenir un remboursement pour ce produit défectueux.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Lesley21 from Very good quality These lights are great & extremely good quality. Very durable. I found them too bright as well but purchased a smart outdoor dimmer switch. It allows me to adjust the brightness, voice command the lights with Alexa & Siri, & allows me to also program them. I thought this was a great investment to get the durability & life out of the lights. The string is heavy duty. The glass of the bulbs is thick. It gives off a warm glow & when I run them with the switch I find them just perfect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Lightbright from Very bright I bought these lights in June and set them up outside right away. They are bright and are decent quality. They have survived a couple heavy rain showers and a hail storm so far. I like that the bulbs can be replaced easily.

Rated 5 out of 5 by PoodleMomma39 from Very pretty, large, throw off a lot of light This lightset is very pretty and I feel that it is very well made. The lights themselves are very large and throw off a lot of warm light. It is not the orange-ish light that I was hoping for, but it is a warm yellowish light ans is nice. The bulbs are much longer (5" ??) & wider than most of the other strings of patio lights this style where the bulbs are only about 3 inches long. The filament pattern in these, while still 2 straight LED filaments, look slightly more like the LED Edison style bulbs you can purchase individually in the store. Some individually-purchased Edison LED bulbs have curly filaments which give an authentic look, these do not have curly filaments, but it is a decent compromise for a string light set.

These outdoor string lights look nice and seem durable with a hefty cord, but for a medium backyard space, they were way too bright for our deck area. We tried semi-unscrewing some bulbs so we didn't have them all on, but still think this would have been a bit too much even for our neighbours across the alley to look at. Maybe for a outdoor restaurant they'd be good. Returning them when able to.
