Description

Missing cord man from
Good machine
I bought this unit to replace a 15 year old unit. This unit uses the same sink fitting as the old one. The only issue I had was that the new unit does not come with a power cord. I assumed I could reuse the cord on the old unit but it was not removable. The power cord opening on the bottom of the new unit is not a standard size for a box connector. You need to spend the extra money and buy the cord unit. A little annoying, if you have a special cord unit, why isn't it just shipped with the machine?

Ne fonctionne plus à cause de la rouille
Quelques mois suivant la fin de la garantie, le broyeur démarre difficilement et on a besoin de la clé en dessous du broyeur pour le démarrer presque manuellement. En ouvrant le boîtier, la raison est que le moteur est complètement rouillé et il y a tellement de frottement que ça ne tourne plus.

WOW ! A must have in all kitchens !!!
I am a builder of 15 years experience and I put this model in about 12 kitchens so far. My clients are ALL very happy and they are recommending it to family and friends. The cover twist as a starting switch is just amazing and protects against accidental injuries to kids and adults alike! Will be installing a lot more of these units in the future !

Efficacité médiocre
Après environ 2 mois d'utilisation, nous constatons que ce broyeur ne répond nullement à nos attentes. De longues minutes sont nécessaires pour éliminer un minimum de déchets et quand on dit peu de déchets, c'est réellement une très petite quantité. Aucune satisfaction concernant l'efficacité de ce broyeur considérant que les broyeurs antérieurs de même marque utilisées antérieurement étaient de beaucoup supérieurs.
De plus, la rouille est déjà visible sur certaines composantes du broyeur; donc, on peut s'attendre à une durée de vie assez restreinte. Voir photos ci-jointes.
