Rated 1 out of 5 by Notcooled from Do not buy! It’s a haven for bacteria and mild! I bought two straight from the manufacturer. Upon opening, I was made aware of the cheapness of it. One worked fine. The other barely worked and leaked all of the water from a crack. I tried to get a refund from the manufacturer. When they finally responded, they did not want to issue a refund and asked that I return the units to China for a 50% refund... PayPal got involved. Btw It’s sheets of paper on a support that absorb the water. A fan blows air through it. You practically need to be 10 inches in front of it. And you need to buy extra filters because these will deteriorate and the water may become stagnant and create mild on the paper. Not cool!

Rated 4 out of 5 by The Moose from Does exactly what it's supposed to I'm convinced that all the bad reviews for this are from people who don't understand what it's supposed to do. It's an air cooler, not an air conditioner. It doesn't cool an entire room down, and it's not supposed to. It does, however, cool the air going though it so that the breeze coming from it is far cooler than the temperature of the air around it. So if you're looking for something thatll cool you off better than a fan, but that's cheaper and more convinient than an ac unit, this is perfect, and it's a perfect tool to keep cool on a hot summer day.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Daniel_mad from It’s a fan with cool mist, not an A/C People need to know what to expect, it’s a fan that blows cool mist. The mist is only as cold as the water you put in it. So, pro tip, if you want it really cold. Put just a little bit of water, make sure you get the filter really wet with cold water, and throw in some ice cubes to really chilled down the water in the reservoir. I used a temp scanner and I easily get 10c mist, which is great for hot days. Caution, since it’s a mist, is does add humidity to the air. The room does feel muggy afterwards.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Benny025 from un des pires achat a vie Premièrement, le produit reçu était un reconditionné et non un neuf, il manquait quelques pièces et était détremper et sale. deuxièmement, le produit coule de partout et il faut le remplir a toutes les 2hrs MAX. On était conscient que ce n'était pas un air clim mais un rafraichisseur d'air mais une fan a 15$ fait 3x mieux la job et ne fera pas gondolé votre plancher si vous ne remarquez pas qi'il coule... malheureusement, due au COVID, nous sommes pris avec un produit defectueux, usagé et non remboursable... belle arnaque

Rated 1 out of 5 by CAS10 from gets mouldy too fast as a personal air cooler it works great, but the way it works is it uses a wet filter (which is fine) but it makes it almost impossible to keep mould from growing on the filter (which could start growing within days), and the filter is soft and delicate making it almost impossible to clean. So you end up with mouldy air blowing at you :(
