Description
Install sleek Embassy ceiling tiles to create a stylish impression. Their white colour reflects light well for brilliant interiors, and their contemporary design blends well with different decors. They're ideal for use at home or on business premises. The well-bonded medium density fibreboard (MDF) material of these panels is durable and resistant to sagging. Embassy white ceiling tiles are suitable for suspended installations, providing easy access to electrical cables, pipes, and ducts. A box of these panels has four 24-inch x 24-inch ceiling tiles. One box can cover 16 square feet (18.77 square feet with tracks).

Nicer than acoustic tile but more costly
I am very pleased with the final result. It looks much nicer than acoustic tile in a site where access to a ceiling is critical, such as a basement. One person can assemble a ceiling, whereas, two might be required to lay an acoustic ceiling. It is more expensive than acoustic tile and is more labour intensive, especially when walls are not a straight run. Runs about $5 per square foot. Can be less expensive to buy as a kit for 60 or 80 sf but not if you are left with excessive waste or need to buy a lot of supplemental material. The Embassy website has a calculator for the material needed for a project that is accurate. Installation video from Embassy not that great. Some trial and error needed as you install. I found that only one row of tile should be laid at a time and then each row carefully measured after that, otherwise your measurements could easily go off course. Even an error of 1/8 inch will begin leading to problems

Panel was as good as expexpected. No issues
I bought it as extra paneling for the Embassy drop ceiling I bought as a kit. It looks wonderful.

Beautiful finish
We decided to use embassy over a standard drop ceiling and we are grateful we did. Once you understand the install (it’s truly not that hard, just different), it’s fairly simple using the guide and very quick! This ceiling looks beautiful, polished and very much not like a basement! Would highly recommend this product as we felt it is worth the money in every way.

Installed this in my basement. Installation was quick and relatively easy. There are a few challenges to keep the longitudinal members level along the edges but this can be fixed with some wood blocking. Otherwise, it was a piece of cake and the pay-off is a professional ceiling that still gives you access to the space behind for plumbing or electrical
