Are the brackets adjustable for a bulkhead or, if hanging from the ceiling, to accommodate 84" curtains that I don't want covering a baseboard heater?
I believe that the brackets will work for a wall or a bulkhead.

The hardware that comes with the Umbra rods doesn’t extend far enough from the wall. Is there any hardware I can get that extends at least 5” and would fit the Umbra curtain rods?
Hello Blondy, thank you for your question. We currently do not have hardware that can extend the curtain rod. We recommend getting a bigger size and using the length you need.
Hope this helps,
Umbra

It is a solid build and works great at the most extended length as long as you put a middle bracket.

Strong and Bold!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The UMBRA Ella Curtain Rod is amazing! From the moment I received it, I knew it was strong. I could not tell it was a curtain rob in the package based on how heavy it was. Needless to say, once I actually took it out of the package, it was proven that it is made of good quality and it is solid. The packaging was elegant and simple and it was easy to remove the rod from the packaging. The polished stainless steel was the perfect color for my bedroom decor, although it will go perfectly with any furniture and decor. My first impression was any weight that a curtain could have would not bring the rod down. It came with three curtain rod brackets that were thick and solid, so it would prevent any bending of the rod. I live with a 4 year-old that sometimes plays with the curtains, and I have no fear of her bringing it down. All of the hardware needed to put up the rod came with the package. Installation was seamless and the ends of the rod comes off and on effortlessly for easy rod insertion into the loop brackets. The look of the curtain rod is very modern, but it still brings a bit of elegance to the room. I love this curtain rod! I would definitely recommend the UMBRA Ella Curtain Rod to anyone. It is a solid and bold addition to any room.
