[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought this fireplace 2 days ago and love it so far!I love the look and quality.I love the logs and "flame" look and the versatility with the different options for settings.I have not tried heat setting but I like that you can set temperature degree wise as opposed to just lo, med,high.My only issue,the locking mechanism on one of the caster wheels deeply scratched our laminate flooring when locked.The fireplace was standing still when this happened☹️.Just one side looks like it (locking mechanism)comes down further than the other,so defect?IDK,but we love it so much we decided to keep it anyway and leave the wheels unlocked,for now.

I looked for a long time and when I saw this fireplace, I knew I had to have it and I LOVE it! It is the perfect size for the corner of my 1240 sq. ft. condo living room. It's simple and yet elegant and best of all, comes completely assembled woohoo! And boy, talk about heat! I turned it on to test it and it immediately warmed up the area. I keep the flames on low because I'm not a huge lover of light, but each level is beautiful. Thank you Scott Living!

Rated 5 out of 5 by BK from Looks great and even better at heating your place. My wife and I bought this for our finished basement to supplement heating during the winter. It looks great and the heat it produces is fantastic. Blower is not loud at all. We could not be happier. We did read the other reviews before purchasing and I found them to be very helpful. Here are my thoughts/suggestions. Do not tilt when bringing into the house. Not sure if packing was as tight as it should have been. I say this because we bent the brackets that attached the insert to the frame. I was able to remove the insert, really easy to do, just a few screws and bent the brackets back into shape. While I had the insert out I tilted the frame on its back exposing the bottom. We opted to remove the four wheels as we were placing it on carpet and it’d be staying in one location. We felt it was a good idea to remove them to avoid catching the carpet; saw in another review that scraping floor was a concern which got us thinking about it. Removing them was very easy to do as it was just four screw each. From there I put the insert back into place and screwed it into position, positioned on the wall where we wanted it, plugged it in and turned it on.

I was pleasantly surprised to find it more beautiful in person. The flames are pretty and the heat it produces is sufficient for my livingroom. The fact that it came fully assembled is a huge bonus!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by BRider from Decent heater [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The logs and lighting aren’t very realistic, but it’s a sturdy piece and the insert is attached so doesn’t slide around if bumped. The thermostat seems very sensitive, and has kept our living room warm without a problem. This was purchased on clearance, and 10 days in, there was a problem with the fan. We called the number for the warranty, and they immediately sent a replacement insert. It’s working fine so far.

The fireplace gives a great ambiance to the room and the heater far exceeds our expectation for the area it heats.
