Poor Quality
The snowblower quit working before it was a month old. The problem appeared to be with the unit, not the batteries. Possibly the wiring. We chose to return the unit to the place of purchase rather than taking it to a service center for repair as I was informed that the repair may not be covered by warranty. We also were not happy with the longevity of the batteries. When the batteries had to be recharged, it took two hours which is a long time when you are trying to move snow. This is the second EGO product that we have purchased and they both had problems with the main units not the batteries. The first item, a blower, had to be returned also.

Extremely Disappointed
I’ve been an EGO customer for quite some time and own several items…leaf blower, lawn mower, saw, edger etc. I truly love them all and was very excited about purchasing the snowblower power+ auger and using it with our first snowfall of the season. However, I'm beyond sad to say that I was EXTREMELY disappointed when I used it. Not only did the machine NOT go thru the snow smoothly and easily, it barely threw the snow at all!! I’m hoping that if we get another snowfall with more accumulated snow maybe it will be a better experience but at this point I’m actually questioning if I should have even bought it at all. Definitely do NOT feel the same about this item as I do all my other EGO tools.

Good, but could be better
Works pretty good. Skid plate broke pretty quickly in the first year of use so not too happy about that but i guess thats what its there for. We have a fairly small driveway (can fit up to 6 cars in a 2x3 grid) and most of the time with heavy wet snow I was able to just barely get that done plus our section of sidewalk, but thats about it on two 7.5AH batteries, which is less than I expected but works for us. Wish there was a smaller self propelled option, in heavy snow its a lot of work to push it through, though the throw was always pretty excellent, no concern for the snow just piling up next to you if you wanted it thrown across the property.

Uphill, not so easy!
I have an inclined driveway. My EGO handles the downward snow removal very easily. I found it too hard to push up the incline direction, so once I hit the bottom, I just pulled it backward, back to the beginning, and take the next pass downhill again. I was hoping it would be much more self-powered in the uphill direction. I guess the key is it isn't self-powered, it is auger-powered. This was the first time I used my new EGO and the snow was beginning to melt, so maybe it will be easier if the next snowfall is dryer and lighter. Next house I buy, I'll look for a flat driveway!

SNT2125AP
After 3 weeks, 5 snowfalls and some snow removal, I woukd say the SNT2125AP is very good for regular snow clearing. The batteries are quite sufficient. It does bog down in deep snow (over 10") and does struggle with snowplow banks so you have to break it up with a shovel first. In retrospect, I should have gone with SNT 2405 except that the price is quite high. Service via IGO has been excellent. I fully intend to get an EGO lawn mower and other outdoor tools using the same power supply. I am concerned about quick wear signs of the rubber impeller and plastic scraper. Overall I am very happy with this unit and highly recommend it for its intended use.

EGo Snowblower
This snowblower does what we need. It's small enough and light enough that my wife can operate it, if desired. The batteries have enough charge to clear our sidewalks and driveway, as well as those of some of our surrounding neighbors. The blower removes snow down to the pavement (so less opportunity for ice to form later), which is better than other blowers that I've seen or used. However, I am cautious when it comes to "snowplow crush" at the end of a driveway; the blower has trouble with deep, very heavy or icy snow. Also, the unit does not self-propel as well as I had expected. But the unit is light enough, I don't find that to be a problem.

Debut under stress
One week after delivery, we first used our EGO snow blower. We live in a Buffalo, NY suburb and took the tool out while it was still snowing during the late November 2022 snow event. We did not get the over six feet of snow that fell to the south of the city, but decided to get rid of what had fallen as it was just about 1 foot. It was not easy to manipulate the EGO, but by golly, it did get the job done moving a heavy foot of rather wet snow from our four car driveway and a couple of sidewalks. I was fully aware that this was more snow than we can normally expect. Later in the day after a pause in the snowfall we took it out again to remove the remaining snow which was only about 3 or for inches, and the EGO breezed through it including the pile the plow left at the driveway's end. I will say that the auger assisted propulsion did not seem to help, but maybe that's due to my being a novice, after all, this was the first time I even started the unit up. All in all, I'm convinced this purchase was a good one and will serve well for the snowfalls we normally expect. Batteries lasted as long as we needed them to, and the recharging time was surprisingly good..The unit is sturdy and easy to use (I read all the manuals first and I recommend you do this, too.

Powerful snow blower
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The most simple product to put together I have ever dealt with. It took less than 10 minutes to unpack, assemble and begin using. The 56V batteries area as powerful, if not more, than a gas snowblower. The features include LED lights, speed control and heated grips which make this machine completely useful. This machine can easily be transported because of the lightweight and compact design. Battery life seems to be long lasting and provides adequate use without needing charged between jobs. Just had snow and it did the 5 inches we had without any problems at all and batteries lasted for a good size area we had to snow blow.
