Why will this light not shut off? I just took another fixture down that worked and yes I've wired it correctly.
I have bought 2 of them, one of them gets totally off, but one of them stays a bit lit even though the switch is shut off

How do you get the glass into the clips of the ego acolla flush mount lamp
Spoke to my husband and he thinks that one of the clips is on a spring. You have to gently pull on it, place other clips and then replace this one. It does not comes all the way off just gently pull on it.

we recently installed this into a room in the house. there is no dimmer switch installed, just a general flick switch. when we turn it off, there is a slight glow that still emits from it. will it go out or does it act as a night light?
I had the same issue when I installed four LED in a basement recroom area.The incandesence ligjts worked fine , but going to an LED light was another story.
I found the switch was wired incorrectly, the switch was rewired and the issue was solved.

Bright and Beautiful!
When I saw this light I immediately fell in love with its elegance unlike some of the other styles that are flush against the ceiling. The light creates a warm ambiance in the room and the crystals reflect against the walls creating a beautiful pattern. It doesn't use light bulbs. Instead there are built in LED's and it comes with a 5 year warranty. It was fairly easy and quick to install and it is absolutely GORGEOUS! I immediately ordered another one. I LOVE this light! The attached image shows the light when it is off. It is absolutely STUNNING when turned off and on!

Great Looking!
I just installed four of these lights in our hallway & main entrance area. They were easy to install, cast a really nice light & look great. I like the fact that they're LED, so energy efficient & no bulbs to ever change.

look really sparkly during daytime when off
I saw this item in store and it was one of the most sparkly light from the lot of lights on display. It also looks very bright next to all the other lights. However, when it was installed at home and turned on when it's dark outside, it cast a lot of shadows on the walls in the room which makes the wall look kinda blotchy. these shadows were not seen while in store because there are a lot of lights turned on next to it so the shadows don't appear under such circumstance. Would love to keep it if its not for the shadows.

The photo doesn’t do it justice. Ive tried to take a photo to show how it looks when on and it just doesn’t do it justice. We put it on a dimmer, full on is rather bright and now use it as our evening light in the kitchen.

Beautiful look.
We bought two of these lights for our hallways and they are beautifully elegant. They provide a lot of light for our previously dark halls. The installation was simple and they will be easy to clean when needed. We saw this light in the store but they were all sold out, so we ordered them online. Delivery was prompt.

Love it!
We bought three for hallway leading to bedrooms. It looks upscale and different from most I’ve seen. The silver rim reflects the light in the room even when the light is off. When it is dark it’s sparkles. It leaves a slight pattern on the walls. I think that pattern is lovely. We did put only one up first to make sure that we liked the wall pattern. I would put this in every that requires a ceiling light. That is how much we like it

Beautiful light but cheap clips
I bought this light and about a month later brought it down to clean it and the light clip (which is cheap flimsy plastic) broke. What a waste of money. One month old. Buyers beware!
