The Eccotemp FVI12 indoor liquid propane tankless water heater is one of the most advanced indoor models of the Eccotemp tankless line. Eccotemp recommends the FVI12-LP for smaller single family homes, apartments, condos, or cabins. You can use 1 or 2 hot water applications simultaneously with the FVI12-LP. The compact, wall-mounted FVI12-LP has a 110/120-volt UL listed power cord for the internal exhaust fan, digital display and PCB. Important note: cannot be used for hydronic systems, recirculating, or floor heating.
