Description

The Eccotemp i12 indoor liquid propane tankless water heater is one of the most advanced indoor models of the Eccotemp tankless line. Rated at 4.0 gal./min with a temperature rise of 38 degrees and 80,000 BTU per hour. Eccotemp recommends the Eccotemp i12-LP for smaller-sized single family homes, apartments, condos, and cabins as well as small commercial applications. The compact, wall-mounted Eccotemp i12 has a 110/120-volt UL listed power cord for the internal exhaust fan, digital display and PCB. With its fully automated control system, the Eccotemp i12-LP only pulls about 12 A during operation. Important note: cannot be used for hydronic systems, recirculating, or floor heating.

This thing works great and provides instant hot water as DHEC requires a certain amount. If you're looking for a great on-demand heater, this is it!

I literally piped everything in and figured I’d have to bleed the propane lines, but no it fired right up. One of the easiest installs especially for camp. Where nothing ever goes right. Lol
