Description

Achieve a luxurious interior look with this Taiga vinyl flooring. Designed with a click system, the flooring is easy to install by connecting the planks. A rubber layer on the floor surface offers protection against abrasions and scratches. Its embossed texture and Quinoa colour create a wood-like appearance. Use this Easy Street flooring series to install over existing tiles, concrete or wood surfaces. It's waterproof to prevent moisture penetration and warping. Each carton contains ten tiles measuring 48 in L x 6 in W x 33/200 in thick and covers up to 19.7 sq. ft. The planks withstand high traffic for light commercial flooring. Manufactured from some recycled content, this tile contains no phthalates. The flooring comes with a 20-year residential and a 3-year light commercial warranty.

Ecological Attributes

This product is GREENGUARD Gold certified, attesting low levels of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and formaldehydes for better indoor air quality in the home.

It breaks cleanly along the short cuts if you score it but you will need a saw for the longer ones. This flooring is really thin and is below the minimum thickness for almost every underlay I have seen which was ok for us because we were using it upstairs, however, we had to do a lot of sanding and filling on our floors to prevent it from clapping since it didn'thave that extra cushion underneath. Even after all that work it still does in some spots (not the vinyl's fault, we just didn't do enough). In the end, the floor looks great.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Rozie from Does the job. Looks good. Recommend a small electric hand tool for cutting the tiles, patience and a meticulous nature for installation. One the first two rows are installed, the floor lays down fast. Don’t forget to use spacers before the first tile and remove after the row is complete. This saved me a lot of frustration. Also, you will need vinyl/laminate installation kit to do a good job on floor. If you bang them all sides right and make sure they are level and even with the first tile, it should be seemless and last forever. The tikes have a nice shine to them. They are not one flat colour... darker and lighter depending on the tile. One suggestion that was helpful is making sure that subfloor is well vacuumed before installation and that it is level. One small crack of floor difference makes the tiles almost impossible to lay down. I recommend this flooring.

Definitely recommend using power tools for detailed & long cuts though to get a cleaner look. Installation was easy, and managed to do complete quickly even though it was my first flooring installation.

The surface of the planks are purposely very rough with minor ridges, that turns out to be something I like because it will hide scratches really well. Bought it on sale and although not the cheapest (even when on sale) vinyl planks, I am satisfied

Rated 4 out of 5 by Wenran from Looks really good! Just had the contractor finish the floors with this product. Can’t believe how nice they look. When wiping them down afterward noticed a few end boards raised just a small bit, but not noticeable unless wiping your hand over them. Waiting to see how they stand up in a rental unit!
