Yes. It is a floating floor. You can install it over anything that is relatively flat and solid.

I am installing this in a Condo and want it to be as quiet as possible not to disturb the downstairs people What would be the best item to put on the concrete floor before installing the duraclic floor?

Can you clean duraclic XRP with a swiffer wet jet? If not, what product should be used.

I would say yes although, I have installed it in a high-traffic area and currently use a string (braided cotton) mop that gets wrung out in a bucket using Lysol All Purpose cleaner (diluted).

With any concrete floor there can be inconsistencies with the level, and it’s easy to tell this doesn’t respond well to that, hence the rigidity makes the edges somewhat brittle. The locking feature of the but ends works very well! I bought it on sale, but I wouldn’t be as happy with it if I paid full price.

Floor expanded in directly sunlight and is flipping upwards all over the house. Moreover, it scratches and chips very easily. Expansion gaps were left when they installed it. We bought 2000 sq ft of this flooring in a newly built house. Company refused to cover it after contradicting themselves in email. Taking them to small claims court.

After 6 months the floors started separating at the seams in multiple areas. They have chipped and pealed as well. We contacted Duraclic directly, they would not honour any warranty. We had to purchase more flooring to repair and the repaired areas are doing the same thing. Please do not buy from this company!!!
