Description

Cut woods and plastics with the Dremel cut off wheel. It provides durability with a carbide steel finish and cuts wood with high speed. The wood cut off wheel measures 4 in dia and is sold 1 unit per pack. Rated 1 out of 5 by Bassinbob from Rotozip Z10 Needed a blade to undercut door moulding. It takes a 3.5" blade the blade the employee gave me was a 3.9". Dremel. That doesn't work with the undercut attachment. So I returned it and did the two doors by hand. I just love the way the manufacturers walk away from their products. Once something is three years old throw it out and buy the next model. This especially gets me on tools that require batteries. They redesign the tool to require a different battery. Off the soapbox but Lowes should use their influence to push the manufacturers to support their products.

It cut through the wood laminate flooring so easily and was even able to rip them lengthwise. It made much tighter cuts than a bigger saw is capable of making. The blade cut 700 square feet of flooring no problem!

I love how this was designed to tackle multiple different kind of projects. While working with this product, I was able to cut PVC, wood, and some thin metal roof sheeting and the blade took it like a champ. A lot of the projects I work on are more on the smaller size and this blade is perfect for what I need!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Bob Turner from Using the Dremel US500-01 Wood Blade [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the Dremel US500 wood cutting blade on my Dremel Ultra Saw and am very pleased with the results. The blade cuts quickly and leaves a surprisingly smooth finish on the cut wood. I have also used the blade with the Dremel SM482 2x4 cutting guide for the Saw-Max and it works perfectly using the Ultra Saw.

I can say without a doubt for a diy'er this in my go to blade especially when working with different materials. It zips thru 1/2 inch plywood as well as pvc and composite with ease!
