My favorite tool
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own the Stylo and a cordless Dremel brand rotary tool but my favorite tool I own by far is the Dremel 120v. My first 120 lasted over 13 years of hard use and still worked fine when I replaced it this Spring with a newer 120. I gifted the old to my neighbor who'd never used a rotary tool before and she's putting it to work all of the time. All of my tools are a mix of brands, mostly cheaper knock offs but when it comes to the Rotary tool I refuse to buy anything that isn't Dremel brand. They're strong, easy to use, have many functions, and as you can see from my review they seem to last forever!

Learn to make use of it easily
Purchased for specific purpose, making an opening in a tile wall for a new shower/tub faucet & temperature controller. At the same time, I bought the specific cutter for the job. First job was to learn to use it properly--not hard, but exceptionally necessary to do. Built a form to cut the circle--as my freehand is really poor. A friend created the circle pattern for me with AutoCAD. The whole process went very well with this tool, despite my amateur level.
A very well designed and powerful unit. Thanks.

Many tools in one!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I make bird houses for sale. I use the dremel and the accessory tools every time I make a house. I also use my dremel to sharpen my garden tools, making intricate cuts and sanding very small areas when doing our home remodeling. We changed a door knob and jam and the dremel allowed us to make it fit. The dremel is so easy to use, so easy to change the large variety of bits offered for many different uses. I have had mine over 12 years and it has never failed me on any project. I router, sand, drill , grind and brush with my dremel. LOVE it!!

Vital to my hobby
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a model railroader I employ a lot of different tools in building my layout. The dremel rotary tool and a number of accessories have become essential items in my tool inventory. Some of the tasks I employ are grinding down ties to slip under the ends of track pieces, cutting off extra lengths of various rods and music wire, and sanding many components including wood and styrene models, scenery pieces and track adjustments. Without this tool my tasks would be both more difficult and time consuming.

Compact and Simple
I use this for modelling, plugged into a home made rheostat, it has variable speed. Its compact size is why I bought it.

Handy tool for all purposes home use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given the original Dremel 20 years ago and bought a new one few years back. It’s the all-around, all purpose tool that help refine after the big power tool. I really like the wide variety of accessories. Some I used and broke and bought replacement and some probably used once or never. If there are more stationary attachments (like mini router table etc) then it will definitely help me use it more

Workhorse
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife gave me this tool for Christmas last year. I have always used the cheap knock-off brand of rotary tools before, but this tool is the cat's pajamas! Not only is it quieter than the other brands, but I can also use it for longer periods of time without it getting too hot. In addition, the tool change out process is easier and locks onto the tool bits tighter. I should have switched sooner!
