Rated 4 out of 5 by Traveler from Sturdy-no wobble [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Did the job carrying 100+ lbs# on a 700 mile trip. With anti-wobble pin tightened, no sway or wobble. Hinged receiver arm works well when tightened snugly. Aluminum construction is plenty sturdy for loads and lightweight enough to easily put on and off unloaded. A bit tedious to assemble, but satisfactory hardware for the work it will do. Three rear reflective squares are fine at night— but lacking side reflectors, so I added my own stick-on’s. Loaded, you feel the sway, so pump up the rear tires to max cold psi. The longer attachment receiver arm due to the hinge allowed my Expedition SUV rear hatch to clear the loaded carrier. Lack of side reflectors is the only reason I did not rate a “5.” I will definitely use this!

Its exactly what it said kt was [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product was avaliable for pick up early and was exactly what it was advertised as. Only issue was the box it was shipped in was torn and some of the screws fell out. I bought some screws and assembled it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Good cargo carrier. Good carrier. I can't imagine getting a steel one after using this, with the hitch and steel spine it's not featherweight. It carried a light but big crate through Mexico with no problems. One thing I do not like is that it is not a very tight fit in the receiver, so it sags down a bit. This seems to be normal for these type of carriers, though. I like mine, but I sure would not put the 500lb limit back there.
