What are the assembled dimensions?
They have the dimensions on their sales add. It comes in a box in half the size. Box is 22x32x10....put together its 5ft x 20” it carries our lawm mower and things or a few garbage cans ....very sturdy. Love this one flips up so you dont have to remove it. Make sure to buy a lock though.

What does "box dimensions" mean? The inches are quite different from the depth, height and width dimensions. Also - will fit OK on Hyundai Tucson?- haven't put hitch on yet - what type to get?
If you put a class 2 or 3 hitch with a 2inch receiver this will work for your vehicle. Box dimensions is the size of the container it is shipped in (the box)

can a bike rack be attached to the back with another receiver?

will it still flip up with the spare tire on the back door as well?
Hello,
Clearance from the center of the hitch to carrier itself is about 12 inches. As long as your tire doesn't stick out farther than that you should be fine.

Easy to install K2 hitch mounted cargo carrier.
we have it on the back of our Motorhome, easy to assemble,,and put on, folds up nicely when not using it. we put a large box in it ,lots of room for storage, for camping.
