Description
This 20 V Max XR small angle grinder features the Power Detect technology to maximize your performance with high-capacity XR batteries. Its brushless motor delivers 1350 max watts out. This grinder is part of the Perform and Protect product line with kickback brake and the E-Clutch system, which activates in less than a tenth of a second when a pinch/stall is detected, shutting down the motor. The kickback brake then engages with maximum force to quickly stop the wheel and shut off the grinder when a pinch, stall, or bind-up occurs to reduce the risk of damage or injury. E-Switch protection requires the trigger switch to be cycled (turned off and then on) in the event of a power outage or other unexpected shut down to restart the tool. 5/8 in arbour diameter, 3-year warranty. Tool only, battery sold separately.

Very powerful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this for 6 months now. It is my go to for a grinder no cords work anywhere. Super easy to change from disc to flap wheel. the oversized nut can be removed with welding gloves on. The kickback brake does come in handy when working in odd or hard to reach spots and a pinch happens

Great Angle Grinder
I love using this tool for any type of metal cuttingl such as unistrut, pipes, DIN rail, Electrical cabinets and anything else you could think of. I use this on a daily basis to cut DIN rail for electrical panels and to make cutout in all types of electrical cabinets. The speed, controlability, comfortablity and durability are top notch as i use this tool on a daily basis. I would highly recommend this tool for professionals and even DIYers. This tool is a must have for anyone who uses the Dewalt line of tools.

Works perfect is what you would expect thought battery wouldn’t last long but it does have 0 complains about it put it through its paces and works amazing like every other dewalt tool
