Good but missing a couple of features.
I own a cordless saw (from other manufacturer) and was not interested in owning a corded saw until last month that I was working on a project and needed to make several demolition cuts of pressured treated 6 x 8”. I was only doing 1 cut per battery charge so decided to purchase this corded model because it had good reviews and price was close to $100.
This thing performed really well. I made around 90 cuts of 6 x 8” PT wood paired with Diablo blades. It has plenty of power and I like that you can change the blade orientation so it allow you to do almost flush cuts.
This saw is missing 2 features that would be nice to have:
1. Blade adjustment to save on blades
2. Oscillating motion for faster cuts.
Overall I think is a good value and the tool feels like it will last a long time.

Dissapointed
Bought this saw a few weeks a go after reading reviews and finally used it yesterday for first time. Was impressed with the 4 angle shoe, light weight and power of unit. Some reviews indicated that blade could wobble up to 1/4", got one clean cut and for the next five or six cuts the blade was wobbling between 1/8" - 1/4". Changed blade same result. The wobble made it extremely challenging to get an accurate cut. I reverted to the 5 year old Metabo unit I had previously borrowed to finish the cuts.
Returned unit and purchased a Metabo CR13VSTM 11 amp unit.

A good value
I heat with wood and am self-sufficient in that on with my rural acre. I have cordless units for where extension cords don't reach but consider it poor economy to use them where they do (batteries wear out). For several years my only corded unit was a 6A unit from another manufacturer. It was a good saw but finally froze up and likely isn't worth repairing. Sure is nice to slice with twice the power--saves not only time but wear and tear on my back.
Not to mention, I paid the same price for them!
I haven't had it long so I have not rated durability, but given warranty, reviews, and brand reputation I expect it will last longer than I do.
Yes, it's heavy. So are tanks. For what I do with it that is actually advantageous.

This saw is all you need
I bought this saw to make cut outs to fit windows for a cabin. It cut through the boards and plywood like butter. I made it work hard even more by cutting numerous maple wood skids for a bonfire. This saw didnt slow down. The saw fits into two slots allowing you to cut in one of four directions. Change a blade in seconds and doesn't need a tool just pull a lever to release the blade in the saw. Best saw I've bought. There are lots of fan blades allowing a lot of air to cool this tool while in use. Worth the money.

Works a charm!
Bought this to cut a steel propane tank. Good blades and some 3-in-one oil: this thing ate through 3/16 steel like it was pine. Very happy.
