Square impact driver bit
I bought several of these, individually and I also bought a 5-pack of the short ones. I was installing a new vinyl fence and the screws that came with the fence were recessed square slot-head screws. There are 40 screws for each fence section with two posts. So I figured I would prob need several of these bits. I am a retired industrial contractor and insist on Ridgid brand tools, so I would be using this bit in a Heavy Duty Ridgid impact driver. Surprisingly, the One Flex Torq Driver Bit handled my entire fence project. Its durable, worked great for me. And the corners of the bit never rounded off with use. I'd certainly recommend it for any square slot screw project that comes along.

Waste of money - no joke, stay away
This product is brutal, it's a real soft metal and stinks. I was shredding through these bits like they were warm butter. Of course once they were torn up, no refunds

Softer than screws
These tips often would not drive 2 screws before they were rounded over

You need these quality bits when you are installing hundreds of 3" screws. Especially if you use a impact driver. Buy good bits get longer lasting quality results.

Dewalt #2 Square Driver Bits
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I coordinate a group of volunteers that build handicap ramps for people in need. We construct them with pressure treated lumber and use coated deck screws. These Dewalt Driver Bits are the best and last the longest of any we have tried. They provide the best fit and contact with the screw heads to prevent "slip out".

Perfect size
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the impact driver for a while now. The normal bits are too short and the extensions/bit holders are too long and in some cases too wide. This is the perfect size and the little flex it does allow, helps from striping the heads and makes the bit last longer.

REMOVED DECK SCREWS
Although I got all my deck screws out, I went through the pack and then had to file new ends on the bits. Not hardened satisfactory for screws that have been in wood for years. I didn't break any shanks and the hex held up also. From reviews, go with the Makita Gold series bits.

Great quality
Last longer. Usually a regular tip last from 5 to 6 weeks depends on the use but with this DeWalt impact ready I don't really know because I have been using the same one since February and here I'm at the end of August and this tip still working fine.
