Description
Cut smooth surfaces across wood with the Dewalt cordless planer. Running on a powerful brushless motor, it makes 30,000 cuts per minute and has an ergonomic handle for a firm grip and control. Aluminum shoes in the front and back achieve parallel cuts and edge chamfering. Prop the brushless planer up on a kickstand for brief breaks without gouging material.

Wow!
I bought this tool for a very non-standard use and I wasn't sure it would work. I was having trouble removing some very old glued-down linoleum. This thing ate right through it!

Blade calibration?
Takes off quite a bit of material even at the zero setting. No instructions on how to calibrate the depth setting, or if it can be done at all. Thank goodness I tried it on a scrap first! At the moment the planer is useless for anything but rough work.
