With all the hose complaints the next purchase is obvious what not to buy. It DOES NOT loosen up with time. I’ve had ours for 2 years and still as bad as new, even being used 2 times most days Can we not purchase a better hose or do we need complete new

all in one showerhead for a GREAT price
We would all like to stand under a waterfall deep in the Brazilian rainforest and have flowing waters of the Amazon flow on to us and cleanse us of our daily worries and stresses, but for most of us........that ain't happening! This shower head provides the next best thing, a gentle rainhead function to massage my noggin as well as a detachable shower wand for hosing off the glistening sweat from my body. I can run either part individually or as a combo for what I like to call "spa mode". I saw other showerheads that feature a rainhead/wand combo but these were much more expensive and had the two pieces sitting separate, which I don't think looks as neat as this one does. I'd recommend this to anybody who as indoor plumbing and skin.

Good value, poor design
I like the versatility of having both shower head and handheld spray feature, at a good price. The problem is in design, the handheld is always falling out of the cradle, I think you have to have it just at the correct angle to prevent this from happening. Also, I purchased a shower caddie...that hangs on the shower arm and this makes it even worse. I do like the long handheld hose.

Great purchase
I purchased this for the master bath shower and am very satisfied with it. The handheld snaps back into the cradle just fine. I have read other comments where people have trouble placing it back but mine just snaps back into place and stays secure. I am planning to buy another one just like it or similar as a gift.
