But, the holiday season intruded on me and I procrastinated. This faucet had all the correct parts to make installation fast and easy. The instructions were clearly written and easy to understand. I am not a plumber and was easily able to handle the installation myself. The only problem encountered was with the old drain pipe. I recommend buying a new drain set up if you are replacing an old faucet like I was. This faucet is a fine addition to my old bathroom.

We did replace the under-sink shutoff valves too as they were as corroded as the old faucet set corroded from an earlier period before we bought the house, when water was supplied by a well vs the city. The new set looks spectacular.

I just don't like how far you have to turn the handle for the water to come out. You have to turn at least a quarter turn for water to start coming out.

It arrived without damage and with all internal components intact. The installation instructions were written well. In my case, I was replacing an existing faucet, so it was particularly easy to install. No special tools were required. I was able to reuse the flexible supply lines from my previous installation to connect the water to the faucet. The supply lines do not come with the faucet, so they either need to be reused or purchased separately (pretty normal for a new faucet). This is a spread-handle faucet, there is quite of bit of flexibility regarding placement of the handles while the underside does not get over-crowded with hanging water lines. The finish on the faucet and handles is very good. Once installed, the faucet feels ... substantial ... not cheap. The water controls are smooth (ie; if you gradually turn the handle, the water flow gradually changes). The hot/cold is also very well balanced (in other words, "hot" plus "cold" equal "warm") ... but this balance will also be impacted by temperature of the water coming in. The drain was easy to install. The drain is made of plastic (probably PVC). The finish is good and it works well, but I would have preferred a metal drain. I won't comment on the style, that is a personal preference topic and everyone is different. The bottom line: For the price point, I like this faucet and would recommend it to a friend.

So far, it is working very well and as expected from a known manufacturer such as Delta. I would not have expected anything less. Operation is smooth and it is easy to clean. I would recommend this product. I have not had any bad experiences with this faucet but it is early as it was installed not too long ago. I will update with any problems but so far, great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a do it yourselfer for just small projects I was hesitant to tackle replacing my vanity. I bought a vanity and top unsure what that meant for A faucet. But this one fit beautifully and super easy to install. Bought an inexpeanive vanity, but with this faucet he whole ensemble looks very expensive. I definitely recommend.

I really like the wide spread so I can choose how far they are spaced apart.. unlike the one piece units they are so compact that there hard to keep clean when cleaning up the vanity, not with this unit, is just great... am off to get the Flynn shower control for my bath to match... thanks Delta

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jay from Love the drain catch. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know if you ever dropped a ring down a drain before, but I have experience with this. My wife lost her ring and we were lucky we found it a few years later in the P-trap. Well, this drain has a filter that will stop rings and other small objects from being lost in the drain. Good quality aerator and overall construction too. I'm changing all my taps to Delta now.
