DAP Quick Plug hydraulic cement is designed to stop water from running. It can also be used to fill holes and cracks in masonry surfaces. This product creates a watertight seal in 3 to 5 minutes, even while water is flowing. It can also be used to anchor posts, machinery and other fixtures in concrete.
