Description
DryDex Spackling by DAP provides a unique dry time color indicator that lets you know when the patched surface is dry and ready to be sanded and painted, thus providing a smoother finished surface in a shortened amount of time. DryDex may be used to fill holes and cracks in surfaces such as drywall, plaster, wood, brick and stone. Its ready-to-use formula spreads easily for fast, professional repairs that will not crack, crumble or flake. DryDex dries hard, sands easily and can be painted.

Horrible product from
Horrible product
Product is NOT for outdoor use or anywhere where it could get humid. It took days to cure properly and the paint would not adhere to it properly. We are bitterly disappointed at the waste of money and now have a huge mess to clean.

Avoid Drydex, your paint will bubble
Used drydex for small repair on wall, waited 24 hrs then I sanded it, apply 1 coat of paint. Then while I finished the 2nd coat of paint, bubbles, started to show on wall. Waited 48 hours, bubbles were still there, I was able to peal the paint, large layers of paint coming off, no adhesion to wall, and this was only in areas whereI used Drydex. Had to start all over again.
