Description
ALEX PLUS(R) Acrylic Latex Caulk Plus Silicone by DAP(R) is a professional quality caulking product formulated to last. It is an all-purpose adhesive caulk ideal for a wide variety of indoor and outdoor applications. ALEX PLUS(R) contains silicone, which allows for excellent adhesion and flexibility to resist expansion and contraction without cracking. It provides a waterproof seal and prevents air and moisture from passing through cracks and joints, thereby improving energy efficiency. Cured caulk is mildew resistant. ALEX PLUS(R) is paintable with latex and oil-based paints. It is easy to use, easy to tool, low in odour, cleans up easily with soap and water and has a low VOC content. This contractor pack contains 12 cartridges of 300 ml.

Time-tested
Standard painter's caulk. Use for that and it works great. Don't use it for things you shouldn't like caulking tubs or outdoors. Read the technical data sheet on the DAP website if you're not sure.

Not water resistance
I bought it last year and used it inside around some small gap of door and window. But in winter it was melted and solved in gathered moisture of the glasses. It is not good in places with moisture at all.
