Description
Permaguard sealer from Cyntech seals and protects concrete, brick, and stone surfaces. This water, acrylic and urethane-based product is ideal for interior use since it doesn't have a strong solvent odour. It is very low in volatile organic compounds, making it an eco-friendly product. It is water and sun resistant, and strong enough to stand up to de-icing salts, motor oil and various other chemicals, making it ideal for outdoor surfaces. The product will not whiten under water and dries quickly under normal conditions.

Slippery when wet
I bought this product a few days ago to use on stamped concrete walkway. Upon reading the instructions and warnings at home, says it will be slippery when wet. Clearly that's not what I want on a walkway, so I'll be returning it. Good price though not what I was looking for.
