This is one of so many products listed on this site I would like bur are currently unavailable??. Not impressed.

Humidistat is useless features
I just got 2 days ago and it is being installed now. I noticed this unit needs an extra switch sensor and need to run a new cable from the switch sensor to the fan unit for sensor cables. I recommend using a regular bathroom fan without a Humidistat sensor and installing a new electrical power switch with humidistat sensor built-in in the switch. Do not come with an installation manual, screws. Avoid this item.
