Rated 5 out of 5 by Kenty from I enjoy the many ways you can use the griddler I have owned the Griddler for many years, until it fell from a high cupboard and smashed. The new Griddler is almost identical except the 4 trays have been incorporated into two. In the winter my Griddler acts as my barbecue. It works fantastically. It makes the best pancakes, eggs and bacon, all at once. The controls are handy, easy to read and precise. The Griddler cleans up in a minute being you can put the trays in the dishwasher. One item that also improved is the grease dripping container. Much more convenient having the drip tray built into the Griddler. I wouldn't hesitate to advise people to buy one. And if customers think it's expensive, realize all the pots and fry pans you replace with the one Cuisinart Griddler.

Lots of cool features on this griddle/grill combo.

It's so easy to use and clean, and grills up food so quickly. I love the versatility of the multiple plates (including the waffle plates purchased separately). Its never given me any problems. Only issue now is the griddle plates are looking worn and lost some of their non-stick. I'm looking into the possibility of replacing them as I don't seem them on the website. You can't go wrong with this product!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Content49 from Nice addition to the kitchen After buying inferior brands, we have been loyal Cusinart buyers for years now. This grill is well made and solid. Performs well. Only complaint is that the top grill does not release too easily upon the pressure of a sandwich been grilled, thus requiring the use of a wooden spoon to get it to open. Grills with even temperature and creates a nice crispy sandwich at home rather than some pricey bistro.

We love this griddler, we have it for a few years with no regrets. we use it for chicken, hamburgers, sandwiches etc. Today, we broke one of the black buttons on the front. so, my question is how / where can we purchase a replacement button? I have looked in the parts section on this page and the buttons aren't shown.
