Any need to change the engine oil?

I bought this mower in April 2021. I just noticed the first few times I used it that I was having a hard time pushing the mover forward. This machine is a front wheel drive 3-in-1 mower. Obviously the front wheel drive does not work. Can you help?

I cut my 1 acre property in about an hour and wasn't even winded thanks to the self-propelling wheels. The cut grass was even and the mower had no problem cutting 6" tall thick weeds on the first pass. Compared to the highly-rated greenworks twin blade battery powered mower for the same price I had previously, this mower is so much better and easier to operate, there is really no comparison. I highly recommend this Club Cadet.

Excellent performance, built quality is very good, easy assembly, 160cc Honda engine runs smooth and powerful, easily cuts 6 inches tall grass, self propeller works perfect, this machine is far ahead from clone Chinese competitors. This is the only model that has Honda engine. Can't go wrong. It used to take my 2hr to mower with electric mower. Now it takes 45 min. Self propelled makes it easier and faster to mow. Starts on 1st pull. Very happy with this mower. Wish I had bought many years ago.
