Description
Edge your lawn with a CRAFTSMAN cordless trimmer and blower combo. The cordless string edger is ideal for residential and commercial use on lawns of up to 1/2 acre. It converts to a wheeled edger for versatility. The blower operates at 340 CFM for optimal performance. The combo comes with one rechargeable lithium-ion battery and a battery charger. The trimmer has a 3-year limited warranty.

Great deal to have combo kits
Perfect for what I intend to do. Just advice to buy extra battery. One is enough but it's better you have back up. Cheers

Difficult to use by seniors or the disabled
This is a decent dustbuster...however seniors and those that may be disabled should know that the ON button needs to be pushed the whole time you need to clean up something. Every other dustbuster I have used has an ON button that keeps the unit running while cleaning, then it can be turned off. In other words it's difficult to hold the button ON to use...just thought everyone should know.

satisfied with battery life but it is less then four months old and started leaking oil. Called service and find they only are available M-F, I would hope to have a skeleton staff to at least make a note of questions or concerns for weekends.

Worthless for Medium to Larger Residencial Yards
Got this combo as a gift to replace our gas tools that died. We have about 3/8-1/2 acre yard to mow and weed. This (LATEST & GREATEST GO GREEN) IS A WORTHLESS PIECE OF JUNK!!!!!! THE battery only lasts 10 minutes then 3 hours to charge!!
Only came with 1 battery, should have been two, one for each tool.
I have been using Craftsman tools, hand-power-lawn care tools for over 50 years. They really DROPPED THE BALL ON THIS ONE!!
You can't beat Gas Engine Equipment for working when you need it to do it!
If you have a very very small area,size of a small deck, this might work. If you have a yard any size at all, DO NOT BUY IT!!!!!!

I bought this kit for a medium-sized yard, hoping that the reviews I've read about the battery life are exaggerated or they are for cases where the equipment is used for a longer time.
The trimmer and blower work very well and are very easy to use. The battery is far too small in capacity to use the equipment for what it was designed for. I thought of buying a bigger battery (4 or 5 amps) but the price of the kit would be too high for me.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the kit with the attached battery. Too bad, because the rest of the equipment is very good.

Replaced spool will not advance line.
I've always used Craftsman tools, etc.
Very disappointed with this weedeater/edger
Followed instructions, even watched YouTube videos but line keeps breaking and will not advance.
Purchased the .065 line per instructions but still doesn't work. Battery works fine but we do have a backup if one runs out.
