Description

I just bought this 2 battery pack with charger, and it does not charge past 2 bars.........anyone else have this problem?

No problems with mine. If it doesn't charge either battery past two bars, the charger is probably bad.

Rated 5 out of 5 by scott from Great Batteries [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These seem to last a long time.I havent been able to run them down completely yet. They charge quickly as well. Ive used them on brushless drills and regular tools such as the circular saw, vacuum, and grinder. Used the impact driver with one of these batteries to take my gagrage door apart to install insulation. I had to remove numerous 7/16 sheet metal screws. The one battery lasted for the entire removal and installation process. Love these new V20 tools.

The only thing is that they need to be included in with the piece of equipment you buy and should not be required to buy them separately.

But Customer Service contacted me and rectified the problem. My trust and faith has been restored with cordless batteries, after using junk from those discount stores. I was beginning to think that Craftsman would not do anything and I would be stuck with something that did not work. I would buy Craftsman again and again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Steve from Solid Battery Charging Setup [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These batteries ultimately do what they are designed to do, but my observation is that my rotary sander seems to burn through them pretty quickly. The good news is that they recharge rather quickly as well. There is a small trail off of power as the batteries drain, however. Pay attention to the speed/power of whatever you're using them with to know when the battery needs to be swapped out.

There isn't much to say about the charger except it does the job as expected. I do wish they had a quick charge option. However, that being said, the batteries only take about 40 minutes to charge. I do not like to wait on a battery to charge so I have bought more 4amp batteries. This charger handles them with no problem at all.

It just should not fail. And I can't say anything bad about this Craftsman's battery. It charges, powers tool and even looks quite cool.
