Cheap and overpriced.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really looked forward to purchasing these drawers to go with my work bench but after opening the box I was disappointed. The packaging allowed the drawers to shift which to my thinking caused them to bend out of shape. Due to the thinness of the metal I could bend them back so I decided to not return. After I installed them which took some ingenuity because the instructions were vague I noticed that the drawers weren’t opening and closing smoothly. I wish I had saved my money and purchased some other type of drawers to go with the bench. I would recommend looking at other products and getting a much better bang for your buck.

Never came out of the box
I bought the workbench on-line, picked it up at curbside pick up, got it home, opened the box & found contents damaged. Loaded it back into the truck, returned it, and bought a replacement. Inspected the box at the store, found no visible damage. Got it home, unloaded, opened it and promptly found a damaged leg, almost the same as the original. Loaded it back into the truck, returned it along with the cabinet accessory, which never came out of the box since I couldn't get an undamaged workbench. I gave up. If you're gonna buy anyway, make sure you inspect for damage BEFORE purchase. Don't go thru all of the rigamarole and waste half a precious day.

Great idea poor execution
I only recommend this because it is a nice addition to the workbench.
Pros: Integration with the workbench and you can put it on the left or right side. Soft close drawers/rails are a really nice touch.
Cons:
Too thin of sheet metals just like the bench. It is easy for them to get damaged in shipping or setup. One of my drawers was bent but I was able to bend it back and keep it in shape with the rail mount.
Assembly is so outdated. If you have worked in a server room mounting servers into a rack you know that this could be a simple 5-minute assembly process without tools once you have the third leg mounted. Craftsman could learn a thing or two from Triplite or APC.

Drawers were damaged
I like that this can be incorporated directly to the workbench, but I had this delivered and even though there was no apparent damage to the package, two of the drawer faces were severely bent when I finally got them out of the package. I had to hammer out the drawers to get them to roll and open/close. Disappointed that my brand new workshop furniture looks so damaged. If you purchase this, make sure you inspect inside the package before leaving the store. I wouldn’t recommend having it delivered at all.

Great addition
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Drawers with the bench were a must. Great addition and doesn’t get in the way. Smooth close drawers ensure the contents scatter upon closing.

Perfect fit (with a bit of persuasion)
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super product & it does exactly what I expected. To install it you have to reverse the bottom rear stringer on the workbench so the open "C-channel" faces away from the new drawer stack support leg and the flat side faces towards the support leg.

Save your money
Save your money and just get a rolling tool chest to fit underneath. I had to cut a knotch in the existing workbench (rear lower support) to accept the new leg of the storage module. One of the drawers was put together incorrectly (backwards) and that required me to drill a new hole so the draw didn’t stick out or be sucked in. All the drawers feel flimsy and i think they’ll bend and warp in the future. For the price, its just not worth it. A rolling tool chest is built better and is cheaper.

Looks good, stressful assembly
Bought the whole set up for my husband as a Christmas gift, went over really well until he tried putting it together. It came with the wrong assembly instructions and he was too stubborn to go back to the store so he muddled through it for 2hrs and was angry about it! Now we’re not talking about my gift. Looks good but was a huge hassle.
